*Global Hub management(including relationship with 3rd party logistic providers)/aging monitoring and controll inventory level based on sales trend
*Order Fulfillment-Prepare materials according to customer FCST and LTF, monitor and adjust tool capacity and production capacity to meet customer requirements
*Shipment tracking and problem solving (ship delay notification to customers, cargo damage, container space issues)
*NPI project support-Ensure no material shortage/tool utilization/production capacity issues, Make sure each stage is on track and ready for RTP
*Coordinate with customers to solve problems and comprehend customer requirement
*Manage EOL models, collate and analyze obsolete material
*Provide monthly price to region
*A/R collection and payment issue tracking
*Issue tracking and follow up to close
*Cross functional support, communication and collaboration.
