Responsibilities
● Takes responsibility for management of current clients and new developed clients.
● Collaborate and consult with major clients with the goal of extending relationships.
● Preliminarily review on customers' legal agreements, in terms of payment terms, operation process, product requests, and after-sales service, and working with other functional teams to review the entire agreement.
● Cross functional communication and internal resources consolidation for responding customer requirements.
● Consolidate RFQ responses and existing product cost maintaining to fulfill customers’ goal and also maintaining reasonable profit.
● Planning new sales quotation system. Coordinates sales quotation requirements across different business units. Communicates requirements with internal IT team and outsourced CPQ solution provider for customizing ideal quotation system user interface.
● CPQ system implantation project lead. Working as the coordinator between internal IT team (including 3rd PTY CPQ solution provider) and sales team to narrow down all the quotation requirement and details for planning new quotation management system.

● During my time in WNC, had handled at least 8 accounts and 4 of them are 1st tier in consumer electronic market or enterprise market.
■ 10 projects winning and one of them included 30 SKUs.
