● Served as the primary point of contact for Production Issues, successfully resolving over 70 incidents since October 2023. I streamlined the troubleshooting process for the Production Support Team by documenting SQL queries and also pinpointed problematic code bases, which were systematically recorded in JIRA tickets for efficient tracking. Notably, I uncovered a critical issue related to over-appropriation through an in-depth analysis of the business logic and workflows across three systems. ● Initiated the adoption of the Builder Pattern during a codebase refactoring project, leading to the establishment of a coding standard that helped 2 more colleagues towards writing cleaner, moremaintainable code.

● Helping two out of twelve services in micro service plan, including design code base on SOLID principles with colleagues, write JUnit test, and implement 60+ api under Reactor model.
