As president and owner of Los Angeles-based KOM Construction, Inc., since 1992, Robert Apple has led a firm known for its fine craftsmanship and technical knowledge in luxury homebuilding. Robert Apple provides client-facing support in everything from pre-construction design and architect selection, to construction planning and on-site supervision. One ongoing project led by Mr. Apple centers on a $15 million home for the Aragones family in Tousdale Estates, with other noteworthy projects including View Crest and Villa Elaine Apartments. His firm also performs renovations of specific areas of the home, such as kitchens, and works with clients to conceptualize and complete additions that add living space, with a close attention to detail. Beyond the contracting and development sphere, Mr. Apple has expanded his entrepreneurial vision to include the vastly successful "APPLE EQUITY GROUP" which is a los Angeles based company comprised of select investors that specializes in real estate acquisitions. Robert Apple holds a bachelor’s of business administration earned at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
