A Chicago, Illinois-based real estate investment professional, Robert Palley has served as a partner with Granite Realty Partners, LLC, since co-founding the real estate investment and development firm in 1998. Over the course of more than two decades leading Granite Realty Partners, he has helped to facilitate the acquisition and development of upwards of $750 million in properties. As a partner at Granite Realty, Robert Palley primarily concerns himself with matters of capital structuring , property development, and acquisition opportunities. During his time as vice president of Chicago’s Jupiter Realty Corporation, he supported the development and acquisition of more than 1.5 million square feet of retail space. Robert Palley studied finance as a graduate student at Northwestern University, earning his master of business administration in 1983. He also holds a bachelor of arts in biology from the Evanston, Illinois-based university. In addition to his work in real estate, Mr. Palley has held several board positions. He is a former board member with the Community Chest of Oak Park and River Forest and maintains affiliations with the Chicago Board of Realtors and Oak Park Temple.
