Recruitment - Responsible for every position in Akatsuki Taiwan, such as engineer, designer, planner, translator, and other back office positions. - Reach out potential talents with appropriate channels (104 / Yourator / CakeResume / LinkedIn / Official website). - Optimize recruitment flow to provide better interview experience. - Build up great relationship with hiring managers and candidates in Mandarin / English / Japanese. Employee Relation - Organize internal events to strengthen group cohesion. - Deliver orientation for new members and keep optimizing on-boarding training. - Regular caring talks with new members. HR Related Projects - In charge of internship program including training classes and lecture arrangement. - Plan and execute external events, such as company visit.
