Kurkut didn't always know he wanted to be a small business owner. After completing his education at MacEwan University in Edmonton, he stumbled into entrepreneurship almost by accident. He developed some spreadsheets and a dedicated system for tracking revenues and expenditures, and soon found himself with a thriving business that could sustain himself and provide relief for his closest friends and family if they experienced a temporary setback. Kurkut is grateful every day that he can make his own way in the world, and he hopes to continue growing his small business so that it can help even more people in need.
