Dr. Ryan Polselli is a world-renowned specialist in 3D breast imaging. He graduated from the University of South Florida School of Medicine in 2006 and completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Emory University in 2011. He subsequently completed a Breast Imaging fellowship as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital and Emory University's Winship Cancer Institute. Dr. Polselli was mentored throughout his fellowship by faculty considered to be some of the world's leading authorities in the field of Breast Imaging, including founding members of the first BI-RADS committee responsible for the current FDA-approved standard for mammography reporting, members of the ACR appropriateness advisory committees, and other distinguished faculty members. Dr. Ryan Polselli started his clinical career at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, as the Director of Breast Imaging. He is most pleased of his accomplishments during his tenure, which include considerably raising cancer detection rates in patients undergoing mammography and integrating cutting-edge diagnostic technologies such as MRI guided breast biopsies.
