Executed in Flexible body main lines programs LJO, RBC, P42Q . Creation of Floor Fix, base assembly, fixed Roller bed to moveable one by adding pallet lifter and with safety device inclined light curtain, vertical light curtain, horizontal light curtain In Renault XFK project delivered two work cell creation namely hood ledge member and floor pan assembly with collision free environment contains 15 jigs and 64 robots. Develop a BIW fixture, equipment with considering the collision free environment, ergonomic validation and gun feasibility study in the virtual phase of studies. Design of concept level to final welding fixture design 3D & 2D manufacturing drawing, time chart and Pneumatic circuit & purchase part selection.
