Designed curriculum content and schedule to equip 11 students with the prerequisite knowledge for CNC Technician Level B exam, and collaborated with project personnel to execute the training program (90% pass rate). 5. Designed curriculum content and schedule to equip 5 students with the prerequisite knowledge for Mold Design Technician Level B exam, and collaborated with project personnel to execute the training program (80% pass rate). 6. Organized after-school learning activities based on learning stages and grade-level goals, including the 8th period, evening self-study, winter/summer camps, and intensive review sessions before exams. 7. Organized high school research projects and science exhibitions, including topic planning, scheduling, task allocation, and learning-oriented organization. 8.
