1-	Responsible for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels
2-	Review all finish good store additions starting from production till receiving at finish good store
3-	Review all Issue from finish good store to all customers or internal issue 
4-	Issuing the Sales Invoices. 
5-	Follow all export orders and issue export invoices.
6-	Issue the Delivery advice to Stores to release customer`s orders 
7-	Follow up the orders from receiving it from sales department till delivered to the customers 
8-	Review all kahramaa contractors’ delivery notes.
9-	Follow up and handling kahramaa tender from additions at store till delivered the goods to kahramaa or kahramaa contractors  
10-	Co coordinating with the production department for timely producing the cables as per kahramaa requirements
