1. Enter, process and track customer orders, and archive and back up order data.
2. Maintain contact with customers, reply to e-mails, and confirm delivery dates.
3. Provide shipping documents, assist business personnel in controlling shipments, and handle import
and export matters.
4. Provide business sales status reports regularly for reference by business personnel or supervisors.
5. Assist business personnel to handle internal company administrative operations related to sales
business.
6. Assist business personnel to organize customer information (such as: basic company information,
transaction records, problem handling status).
