協助新住民子女學校教育學習扶助，在校生活適應等政策執行；並配合機關策略，拉抬科內同事對個人資料及資訊安全的知能，處理同事資訊、資安問題遇到的困難；在機關內年紀最輕，能完成上司及前輩交辦事項，並用平易近人的方式解釋資訊問題。 每年辦理全國性教案甄選及兒童繪本心得甄選，協調地方、各級學校、參賽者溝通事宜。
