• Build high-impact dashboards, using SQL and visualization tool, to tell the story behind data and provide visibility into the client’s business, warehouse operations, inventory management etc. This helped us to identify and strategize on how to improve each client’s e-commerce performance.
• Liaise with multiple teams such as tech developers, operations, and fulfillment, in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction. This helped me understand and tackle loosely defined problems and come up with relevant and actionable insights & solutions for multiple stakeholders to increase their sales, inventory allocations and over all operational efficiency. These data driven insights also helped internal teams to understand potential projects and process improvements.
• Analyzed large amounts of data to deep dive into back-end of products to identify gaps and introduce actionable improvements or new features. This helped me develop knowledge of exploring data at source using any disposable tool such as SQL, API extraction scripts and GCP to find, manage, and simplify complex data to build a better understanding of the usage and performance of our products and introduce timely solutions.
• Managed in-house developed e-commerce payments systems across all major e-commerce portal to give our client’s a central product to manage, view and take action on all payments related queries. This helped our clients take timely action on partial payments, return inventories and carry-forward balances.
• Worked closely with the Amazon product team to lead the 'warehouse management system' project and delivering new features on the product which was deployed at Amazon warehouses in Bangalore. Integrated data and product knowledge to build stories and convey actionable insights and drive end-to-end implementation to ensure assigned deliverables are completed.
