Scott Adelson
"Mr. Adelson is Houlihan Lokey’s Co-President and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He is also the Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance. Mr. Adelson's practice embraces all aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and the issuance of debt and equity capital. He has been with the firm for more than 30 years and is based in the Los Angeles office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Adelson had been a serial entrepreneur and he continues to be, founding companies in various industries. He is an active board member of various public and private companies and nonprofit organizations and is also a member of YPO/WPO.
Mr. Adelson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business."
