As a back office manager ı am leading a team of 12 peoples having different responsibilities. But as a manager or VA ı also have some responsibilities which includes:
1. Respond to emails and phone calls
2.Schedule meetings
3. Manage a contact list
4.Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
5. Perform market research
6. Create presentations, as assigned
7.Address employees administrative queries
8. Provide customer service as first point of contact
