Responsible for Full-Cycle Recruitment Process
1. Sourcing and Mapping –Understand clients including company’s information, and working culture; Identify and approach suitable candidates for various positions as assigned
2. Recruiting and Interviewing – Consultation provided to clients on their recruitment needs; Engaging with hiring managers to submit candidates and market analysis after the first stage interviewing
3. Offer processing and Salary negotiation – Conduction of reference checks and salary expectation proposal
4. Closing- Candidates successfully take the offer and be on board as well as tracking after probation
Responsible for Accounts Development
1. Business developing potential clients by preparing telemarketing lists, doing cold-calling and client visiting
2. Providing professional consultancy and recruitment services on manpower conditions and market situation to clients by experiences sharing, problem-solving and the labor law understanding
3. Contract negotiation, client relationships maintenance and develop a strategic executive relationship
