Headed a $1.4M hotel renovation project. Met with hotel owners and major stakeholders to address business objectives and project time line, budget, brand standards, stakeholders' expectations and hotel operations during the hotel renovations. Ensured accuracy and approvals of all the invoices; coordinated project schedules within a lean budget.
- Worked with sub-contractors and other vendors including managing the pre-construction,
construction, zoning/planning, city approvals, etc. Established an open, inclusive work environment which promotes teamwork, facilitating information flow between the clientele, construction, operations, and sub-contractors. Continuous focus on managing and tracking project plan based on requirements. Logged action items, manage deadlines, risks & issues. Weekly emails to all stakeholders with progress updates including any changes and concerns. Monitored ongoing event progress, time management and efficiency was pivotal to complete projects and assigned tasks including financial statements, budget reviews and audits and final summary reports.
