Proven ability to work and coordinate with all members of a project team, including Architect, Project and Procurement Managers, Contractors and other consultants (internal and external) . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills (letters, memos, presentations) . Exceptional ability to communicate design concepts. . Immense knowledge and understanding of construction documents. . Strong ability to design and develop design details and specifications. . Solid ability to design within established budgets. . In-depth ability to select artwork, working with a consultant. . Profound ability to review and comment on shop drawings and other contractor submittals . Excellent 3D thinker. . Self-motivated and able to work with minimal amount of supervision . Excellent time management, capable of prioritizing tasks with the ability to adjust as required.
