【Project Management】
• Manage the schedule, process, quality and budget of projects.
• Led and executed 10+ projects, including projects from tier-1 suppliers international clients, including those from Germany, Japan, and other countries and Taiwan government. Total budget is around 10 million TWD in summarize and complete all projects within 80~92% of budget.

• In charge of coordinates between overseas customer, RD team and operation team, and executes project plan in organized actions.
【Management SOP】
• Led and establish an operational management database from costs to quality management. The database has been used by 100+ annotators and has more than 10k+ entries.
• Standardize training process and establish a management system for annotators, which encompasses rules, procedures, and information management for their training, assessment, promotion, and reassignment.
• Collaborating with data scientists to develop an annotation analysis platform, serving as a benchmark for annotator performance.
【Cross Function Cooperation】
• Coordinated resources and costs across departments and worked in collaboration with data scientists to formulate a model development plan.
• Collaborated with both front-end and back-end engineers to discuss system development and optimization iterations with a focus on 'usability' and 'time efficiency.'
