As the product manager, I develop the pricing plan and go-to-market strategy and product-kits. 【Product Development】 • Spearhead the transformation of the platform from an tool of 100+ in-house users to a self-service platform accessible by our clients. • Manage requirement from stakeholders to determine product roadmap, create user flows, draw wireframes via Figma, and produce PRD and diagrams. • Collaborating closely with 8 talented RDs from Taiwan and Beijing in agile development. • Planned and launched 10+ product features within 10 months in response to project requirements. 【Product Positioning and Sales】 • Led the team in conducting UX research, which involved defining 2 user personas, conducting interviews with 8 users, and analyzing the needs of 2 actual clients. • Establish standardized pricing system for subscription plans for the platform and labeling service, resulting in reduce 95% project estimation time. • Offers pre-sales support for end-to-end AI solution proposals, encompassing requirement and resource consultations, preparation of demo, and estimation of project scope and budget. 【Achievements】 • Led the team to make the no code required configuration UI. Total budget is around 10 million TWD in summarize and complete all projects within 80~92% of budget. • Successfully managed 20+ labelers at different location from hiring, training to daily operating. • In charge of coordinates between overseas customer, RD team and operation team, and executes project plan in organized actions. 【Management SOP】 • Led and establish an operational management database from costs to quality management. The database has been used by 100+ annotators and has more than 10k+ entries. • Standardize training process and establish a management system for annotators, which encompasses rules, procedures, and information management for their training, assessment, promotion, and reassignment. • Collaborating with data scientists to develop an annotation analysis platform, serving as a benchmark for annotator performance. 【Cross Function Cooperation】 • Coordinated resources and costs across departments and worked in collaboration with data scientists to formulate a model development plan. • Collaborated with both front-end and back-end engineers to discuss system development and optimization iterations with a focus on 'usability' and 'time efficiency.' • Extensive experience collaborating across departments with colleagues in more than 10 different roles between 4 departments. • Preliminarily troubleshoot of system issues, gather information on bugs, and assist RD in optimizing and testing system. • Conducted an inventory of internal company assets.
