Sjerp Ysselstein, also called Shep, has worked in animal husbandry for over 20 years. He graduated from Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa and currently lives in Rock Valley, Iowa alongside his wife. The couple founded Green Meadows Foods, the largest dairy farm in the midwest during that time. After this business grew, Sjerp Ysselstein has expanded his business into the Southwest US into Southern California, New Mexico, and Arizona. There, he runs cattle raising ranches with his son. Shep's family comes from a long line of Frisian cattle farmers and takes pride in his heritage. Most recently, Shep looks to expand his enterprises into the cattle import and export business.
