I have been working as an Industrial Designer for more than 16 years, including 2.5 years in the sanitary ware industry, 10+ years in the consumer electronics industry, and 2.5 years in the baby and parenting product industry. Being a design manager now, I am leading a small but talented team with great members for ODM business in Wingtech Tech. Co. Ltd.Taipei Design Center. Having strong experience of leading projects from design phase to mass production, specialized in human-centered design, concept generation through brainstorming sessions, leading user research, synthesizing findings, and developing concepts, coordinate different function teams to help organizations achieve creative solutions. I am also familiar with diverse materials application and have essential ME and tooling knowledge.
