In this WPP group media agency, I mainly focus on report automation (i.e., to automate the pipeline of preparing/ distributing reports to stakeholders):
• Lead and facilitate the digital transformation progress.
• Communicate with stakeholders, and conduct situational analysis, such as Use Case Analysis/ Gap Analysis, to map out the data strategy.
• Use BI tools (mainly Power BI, Google Looker) to transform the information into meaningful, graphical representations.
• Use Python to capture and process raw data into structured values. (Web scraping/ DSPs' API connecting), and perform value-adding analysis on our data, such as regressions, clustering, and attribution modeling.
• Established serviceable input systems using Excel/VBA to facilitate automation. Users span four major business parties.
• 80% of time serving the top-tier client (beauty & cosmetics, annual media spend > 1 bn TWD)
