Respositioned to GroupM, the parent company of Mindshare. In addition to my work at Mindshare, I take on more responsibilities at the level of a company group, with focuses on innovation and automation. I lead/participate in projects related to Google Ads Data Hub (ADH), BigQuery, media mix modeling (Facebook Robyn/Google RBA), invoice/receipt data mining, Microsoft Power Platform for business process automation, campaign pacing monitoring, and technical training for agencies...etc.

In this WPP group media agency, I mainly focus on report automation (i.e., to automate the pipeline of preparing/ distributing reports to stakeholders):

• Lead and facilitate the digital transformation progress.
• Communicate with stakeholders, and conduct situational analysis, such as Use Case Analysis/ Gap Analysis, to map out the data strategy.
• Use BI tools (mainly Power BI, Google Looker) to transform the information into meaningful, graphical representations.
• Use Python to capture and process raw data into structured values. (Web scraping/ DSPs' API connecting), and perform value-adding analysis on our data, such as regressions, clustering, and attribution modeling.
• Established serviceable input systems using Excel/VBA to facilitate automation. Users span four major business parties.
• 80% of time serving the top-tier client (beauty & cosmetics, annual media spend > 1 bn TWD)
