higher ratio of PAR@27% excessive increment of NPA ratio up to 4.63% of total portfolio along with highest downfall in OTRR% from 99% 67% policy team revised credit category
branch was put under C credit category and in C credit category 1st Cycle JLG loan was not
allowed many other limitations are also imposed due to of which the possible prospects for
business development is almost squeezed for the branch until the PAR NPA ratio gets reduced up to the required ratio for credit review.
and during my work duration of at Patliputra SLI branch with the team .of 14 field
executive we reduced the soft bucket 30+ days of delinquent account almost zero OTRR
Percentage has been remarkably increased from 63% to 99+% with consistency. The hard bucked 90+ days of NPA delinquent accounts were also decreased by the joint effort of entire
branch team was brought down from 4.63% to 0.47% because of that the credit category of
SLI branch was revised put under B credit category in which all imposed limitations were removed and the Branch was allowed to do fresh business.
Roles Responsibilities : As a Relationship Manager my Prime Responsibility was to increase the portfolio of JLG business
insuring quality maintaining on time recovery run rate of the branch at 100% through the
adherence of prescribed policy process of the bank for sales along with monthly emi collection

As a Relationship Manger I have to Visit Group Centers On Random Basis to Check Whether The
Collection Meeting Are Happening At All centers On Their Scheduled Date Or Not, Also to verify
How Many Customer's Are Present During The Meeting Etc When Our Field Officer Visit This
Group and whether There Is Any Disconnect Or Not, and If So Then I Have to Resolve The Same,
About All These, Reports Are to Be Prepared Maintained By The Rm For Subsequent
Verification By The Cluster/Regional Manager
Ensure Repayment Of Loan On There Collection Meeting Date
Assuring Quality Business Through Bank Lead Down Policy Process Only and for the same after
sourcing of JLGDL group by Sales officer as a RM I have to visit the centre of the allocated group
to verify whether the group is sourced from positive or negative area, ring leader or third party
involvement should not be in the sourced group, members residential status verification, purpose of
availing the JLGDL and all the policy stipulation are being mate or not as per bank credit policy
stipulation, In general language this verification process done by RM is known as PSV which stands
as Pre Sanction Visit which requires to be done by RM for each and every sourced group through
the sales officers on mandatory basis and same gets updated on our official VYMO application on
Android mobile and only If RM recommendation is updated on VYMO then further processing of
group and Credit burro report can be verified by the credit field officers and further verification by
Credit FE could be conducted by them at group centre also known as Borrower Eligibility Test in
short BET.
Ensure On Maintaining Prescribed TAT For All The Activities Related to Loan Disbursement and
Adequacy In all Documents Through All Aspects, This Is Very Important Particularly For Audit
Purpose . As A RM I Am Primarily Responsible For Satisfactory Rating Of The Branch By The
Audit Team.
Involved In Entire Office Administration, Settlement Of Cases, Customer's Complaint and
Grievances and Their Rectification.
Instrumental In Handling The Entire Credit Operation, Loan Appraisal, Loan
Recommendation Scrutinize Relevant Documents /Burro Reports Before
Recommending/Ensuring Compliance With Organizational Credit Policies In Order to Minimize
the Market Risk.
Maintenance Of The Branch In Term Of Look and Feel, Statutory Requirements and Basic
Discipline Among Staff.
Coordinate Weekly Meetings to Review Weekly Plans and Work Done By Team Members.
