Experience Synopsis:- My overall experience is of almost 12+ Years & the majority of it being in the financial sector along with the qualification of PGDM @ MBA in Regular Mode focused in Marketing from IIBM Patna. To elaborate, I have approximately 4 Years of experience across the MFI sector in JLG business development through Sales & regular monthly EMI collection along with PAR recovery from soft bucket 30 + PAR accounts and recovery of hard bucket 90+ days of delinquent NPA accounts up to Territory Manager level with reputed Industry leaders such as HDFC Bank SLI Vertical and L&T Finance along with HDB Financial Services. Therefore, I have proved myself as a performer in consistently achieving Business & Recovery Targets through the assigned teams with judicious man-management, motivation, and sincerity. Moving on, I also possess experience in territory expansion. During my work tenure with L&T Finance, I launched 6 new branches of Microfinance in Bihar and developed the portfolio of JLG loan up to 80 Crores from the newly launched branches in just 8 months.
