● Led 8 developers, with front-end, back-end and embedded linux, completed MVP
development within 4 months, to provide gamified LBS and Tokenomics on the BNB chain.
● Designed a back-end system that includes a series of REST APIs, developed by Golang,
Postgres and PHP, and deployed/managed via containerization (Docker compose) to AWS.
● Extended observability by using Prometheus, Loki and Grafana to provide BI dashboards
and log collectors. Expanded API/E2E/stress testing results by using Postman and K6.

● Introduced hybrid cloud NMS solution for SaaS transformation, then became the core of
Industrial Network Operation Center (iNOC) service which operates in Taiwan.
● Spearheaded DevOps culture and process internally and led transformation of IT infra. team.
