1. As an employee in the establishment stage of the company and built operation relevant processes for Asia Pacific region since 2019.
2. Achieve an annual revenue growth of more than 10% in the APAC since 2020.
3. Manage and collaborate with 5 distributors and some clients in Asia Pacific regions.
4. Increasing sales by growing business with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities/expand customer base.
5. Maintaining existing business and customer base by developing appropriate relationships and solutions that meet customer needs.
6. Gaining knowledge of customer’s study needs and applications of products & services.
7. Coordinate with cross-function and cross-country including but not limited to marketing, product management, project management, and operations in providing customers with the best solution.
8. Disseminating of product and service offerings and up-to-date technical information for customers, keeping abreast of information in specialist field.
9. Familiarity with Salesforce system.
