我是陳居億，來自台南市。從高中時參加程式設計競賽開始對資訊感到興趣，大學時期主修軟體工程、網路及資訊安全，曾參加程式設計、資安相關的競賽，也參與設計及架設CTF競賽系統，獲取學校公費出國參訪Defcon的機會。畢業後服務於網路戰聯隊，多次擔任組長領導團隊，維管大型專案系統，也曾多次參與國軍內部與外部的工具開發、滲透測試及資安競賽，獲取公費出國參訪Blackhat的名額。此外利用工作之餘考取多項資安相關證照、參加資安課程、進修人工智慧專長，增加競爭力。 My name is Chu-I Chen from Tainan City, Taiwan (ROC). I have been interested in computer science since I participated in programming competitions in senior high school. I majored in software engineering, network and cyber security at National Defense University. I have participated in several competitions related to programming and cyber security, design and construction of the CTF competition system, and also accessed public funds to visit Defcon. After I graduated, I worked for "Information, Communications and Electronic Force Command", I got an opportunity to be a team leader and led different teams, maintained a large-scale project system, and participated in the design and programing of cyber security tools, penetration tests and cyber security competitions within and outside the military many times. I also got an opportunity to visit Blackhat at public expense. In addition, in my spare time I managed to get a number of cyber-security-related certificates, participated in cyber security courses, and learned artificial intelligence expertise to increase my skills and capability.
