Perhaps, can be called the "middle-man" between the C-Levels or BoD with the Team. Contribute to setting up the company's vision, transforming the ideation into a product operation strategy. Act as Project Manager and lead multiple special projects as part of our business line and get a chance at the next series of company's fundraising.
Some glints at my role:
• Collaborate directly with C-Levels to define the company's vision and strategy. Establish, define, and monitor the company's OKR and the team's KPI. Responsible for all business lines in the organization, including setting up the target, performance, achievement, and evaluation.
• Maintain strategic partnerships with multiple dedicated clients, prospecting local and multinational potential collaboration for the company's funding or new business entity.
• Lead the company's stakeholders and all cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Business Development) as the Head of Business in a broad spectrum of business strategy and team operation. Help the team leaders transform the strategy into tactical initiatives on a daily basis.
• Act as Project Manager for highly prioritized initiatives, prepare project requirements and tasks. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for the company's scaling and growth strategy. Exercise on the product roadmap and development, milestone, and traction.
