I have served as a C#/Unity Engineer in the gaming industry for nearly five years, with development experience across various market segments, including gambling, adult-oriented, and general audience games. Additionally, I participated in the development of internal web-based systems using .NET at Microsoft Taiwan, specializing in mobile game performance optimization and continuously improving project architecture and processes. At Auer Media & Entertainment Corp., I assumed the role of Project Lead Programmer, leading project development, code refactoring, and cross-functional optimization. I proposed performance improvement plans, aiding in achieving revenue and retention goals. Later, within a 50-person mobile game development team at the multinational gaming company IGG, I worked as a performance optimization specialist. In subsequent new projects, I was responsible for leading the team in cross-functional framework design at the foundational level, achieving a crash rate below 0.1% post-launch, and significantly enhancing processes and performance.
