Overseeing daily operations of Outdoor Maintenance Services including mowing, hardscapes, landscape estimates and pre-planning of all incoming work. Not limited to but including estimates, drawings, billing and daily communication with existing and new Customers. I also manage between 18-20 employees in all areas of the business. Daily Schedules, time off requests and sick time. My wealth of knowledge includes running heavy equipment such as Skid Loaders, Tractor, Dingo, excavator, backhoe all zero turn mowers. My strength in this business puts me leaps and bounds in the area's of Estimating, physical labor and also installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
