所幸疫情期間能有機會進修充電，在碩士生涯中從研究方法、人機互動（HCI）、服務設計、統計學、文化詮釋（哲學）、科技英文...每個學程對我來說嚴然又是一項新挑戰，也紮實的生根在我對UX的新思維，並『以人本設計探討YouBike2.0 APP介面之易用性』發表，獲得感性設計國際研討會優修論文獎。除此，儘管年紀稍長學習新事物的確有些吃力，有鑒於過去深感對於數據分析能力的不足而選擇挑戰，跳脫過去擅長的使用者訪談經驗，以科學量化多變量分析來探討AI語音助理與使用者體驗的關係，完成學術論文，緊接空擋持續學習GA數據分析、科技的新思維，期許自己憑藉往工作經驗與兩年的進修相互接軌，並在科技與設計相關領域與開發團隊共同成長。
