This is inspired from the Daily UI 023 (On boarding).
-Nowadays , the most of people struggle with too many things.
We might need the "Thinking Helper "  assist us to figure it out!-
Through the App, we lead the people step by step to make own solution. 

On boarding 

我是林映汝，從小一直對藝術設計有興趣，並覺得設計就應該是俯拾即是的存在。
過去在新加坡的PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay擔任櫃檯，負責辦理入住，退房，外匯兌換，及顧客抱怨事項等，每天面對不同國家的客人，及同事，而培養出同理心，英語溝通協調    的能力。服務業轉行的關鍵在於結識了一位資訊業的友人，透過他初步的了解資訊業的世界，近期，每天在網路上學習UI相關課程，激起了更多的好奇心。期許自己能在這片領域能學習到更多並且發揮所用，目前正在尋找UI相關的工作。

·測試報告彙整、協助測試工具編寫


·辦理入住退房手續，協助處理顧客各種疑難雜症ex:確認旅行社當天接送時間，協助尋找遺失物品，觀光景點行程推薦，顧客抱怨等。
·Upselling房型，讓顧客花錢升級更好的房型，幫公司增加利潤。
·曾在任期內被客人在Tripadvisor 表揚過數次，Mandarin Champion Awards(表現良好的證明) 。
·被指派擔任負責教導新進員工。
