– Develop, maintain, and integrate user manuals, installation guides, and technical documentation for surveillance systems (IP Camera, PTZ Camera, Machine Vision Camera, NVR) and software solutions – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts, to gather technical information and ensure accuracy and completeness of content – Translate complex technical content into easily understandable documentation for end-users – Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities – Conduct in-depth research and interviews to understand the intricacies of surveillance technologies, ensuring the delivery of accurate and up-to-date information – Incorporate user feedback and perform usability testing to enhance the user experience and address user needs effectively – Translate business reports and marketing documents, including annual reports and web content (Mandarin to English)

－ Provide accurate English-Chinese translation of documents, including policy, learning materials, email communications, internal communications, and etc － Edit documents for style, logical flow, and impact － Write copywriting posts for events and campaigns － Put out the monthly newsletter to update employees on business information － Manage the employee forum & Facebook group － Assist with the execution of local events & employee engagement activities － Provide ad-hoc support when critical meetings require translation.
