Establishing VIncere Academy helped me understand the sufferings of graduates and the need to address such problems at the grassroots level.
Initially, I worked at IUPS at an English Language Consultant. Later, (with an opportunity at hand) I joined full time taking charge as the Assistant Director. I have helped design the official policies and procedures, hierarchy, management systems, financial protocols, and various other systems and processes that contribute to the wellbeing of the organization.
On the academic end, I have hired qualified teachers, established baseline testing, introduced literacy programs, trained teachers, and implemented various programs to improve the standard of the institutions. The highlights of my time here have to be a 6-month English literacy program that I lead for students with low literacy levels. The program was successful in improving the literacy rate in students as well as instilling confidence in them.
