Due to acquaintance with computers and technology since my college days, I always knew I wanted to do soemthing 'IT'. As a result, I initiated Techtrum. Techtrum is a full service marketing agency specializing in web design and development. With a highly qualified and experienced team, we are working with clients in India, Middle East & USA to complete their projects to a high standard.

Establishing VIncere Academy helped me understand the sufferings of graduates and the need to address such problems at the grassroots level. Initially, I worked at IUPS at an English Language Consultant. Later, (with an opportunity at hand) I joined full time taking charge as the Assistant Director. I have helped design the official policies and procedures, hierarchy, management systems, financial protocols, and various other systems and processes that contribute to the wellbeing of the organization. On the academic end, I have hired qualified teachers, established baseline testing, introduced literacy programs, trained teachers, and implemented various programs to improve the standard of the institutions. The highlights of my time here have to be a 6-month English literacy program that I lead for students with low literacy levels. The program was successful in improving the literacy rate in students as well as instilling confidence in them.

I aced the IELTS and GRE Exams. This propelled an interest in me to delve deeper into the field of education. Consequently, I established an academy with other renowned trainers to train students to become stars. Our approach is unique in the sense that our methodology always involves real-life relatable examples and practical oriented assignments.

Radax Software Solutions is a software development company providing innovative and customized software solutions to global clients in various domains. My responsibilities here included: -Working on Polarion ALM, an Application Life Cycle -Management, Issue Tracking, and QA. -Validation, Testing, Implementation, Rollout, Support and -Training in Polarion ALM. -Setting up system configurations and user accounts. -Configuring and maintaining multiple AWS Instances.
