As Chief Executive Officer of Boulder’s Ravenyard Group, Meredith Wilson Parfet leads a multidisciplinary professional services firm offering crisis strategy development, crisis leadership coaching, and crisis communications advisement. Ravenyard takes a novel approach to supporting leaders as they face complex and challenging personal or professional issues. The company believes there is no such thing as work life balance. There is only life.

Meredith Wilson Parfet also shares her expertise as a thought leader and skilled pubic speaker. As a writer, she has authored or coauthored several informative articles around crisis management, including “7 Tips for Communicating in a Client Business Crisis” and “The Lawyer as Guide.”

Meredith concurrently serves as the President of Denali Venture Philanthropy, a debt/equity portfolio with a specific focus on nonprofit organizations and social impact funds. Since founding this Boulder, Colorado-based impact investment firm in 2012, Meredith Wilson Parfet has worked with global entrepreneurs on initiatives that promote positive social change.

Outside of the business environment, Ms. Parfet enjoys reading and world travel. She is also a committed community volunteer with a specific focus on hospice and end-of-life care.
