Michael Carroll is an Irvine, California-based attorney with over two decades of legal experience. During this time, Michael Carroll has worked with firms in Irvine and New York while also holding leadership roles.

Since 2005, he has been the managing partner of CorpGen Counsel, which he established. With the firm, Mr. Carroll provides cost-effective legal counsel to firms of all sizes. Working alongside boards of directors and key management personnel, he acts as an adviser and strategic partner.

Throughout his career, Mr. Carroll has earned multiple accolades. Once named one of OC Metro magazine’s 40 Under 40, he has also been presented with the MFY Legal Services’ Scales of Justice Award. Because of his volunteer work with the Orange County Rescue Mission, the Corporation for National and Community Service honored him with the President’s Volunteer Service Award.

Michael Carroll is strongly interested in Irvine politics. He is also involved with the city’s chamber of commerce, among other groups.
