Consultant Manager – Barona IT
Responsible for the whole business operation in Denmark. Started Barona IT in Denmark from scratch. Revenue – 5.5 million DKK in 2018. Around 25 million NTD.

Work responsibilities are included but not limited to:
• All HR related task: Recruiting from A-Z, salary negotiations, holiday, legal matters and employee development on & off boarding
• Workforce planning: Coordinating and matching our consultants to client projects based on their skills & interests
