Michael Intoccia

Real Estate Developer in Dedham, Massachusetts

A longtime resident of the Boston suburb of Dedham, Michael Intoccia worked for his father’s construction company while attending Boston’s Catholic Memorial High School. As a high school student, he also established and operated his own limousine company under the name Personal Touch. Michael Intoccia embarked on his career in real estate development directly after graduation. Over the past 30 years, he has completed scores of successful projects throughout southeast Massachusetts.

Michael Intoccia’s recent undertakings include Christina Estates, a 106-home North Attleboro subdivision, and Forge Estates, a 54-unit condominium complex in Raynham. A longtime golfer, he recently began developing golf courses and their surrounding real estate.

His first golf-related project was the failing Ballymead Country Club in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Now doing business as The Cape Club Resort, the property features a fully renovated clubhouse, a five-star restaurant, and an exquisite wedding and special-events venue. Mr. Intoccia is currently redesigning and rebuilding the Cape Club of Sharon golf course.
