Former Executive at Cardinal Builders in Ohio

Michael “Mike” Lelasher has in-depth expertise in the construction and renovation market, and he formerly served as the vice president of operations at Cardinal Builders in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, Michael Lelasher fulfilled obligations such as setting sales targets and implementing growth strategies. Other responsibilities included coordinating pre-construction activities, handling business finances, working with field superintendents, and writing estimates.

Mr. Lelasher also helped the company ride out the housing market downturn of 2008. As soon as the federal stimulus package passed, the Cardinal website announced that its premium windows qualified for a $1,500 tax credit, which the company matched via a bill reduction. Under Mr. Lelasher’s guidance, the firm also won a Consumers’ Choice Award.

During his time with Cardinal, Mike Lelasher attended Ohio Dominican University and graduated with a bachelor of arts in business management. Leading an active life beyond his professional endeavors, he is a ranked powerlifter in the state by the Revolution Powerlifting Syndicate (RPS). In 2018, he came in second or third in the 242-pound weight class’ programs. He is also an avid scuba diver and traveler.
