Michael Marlowe (Columbus, OH)

Michael Marlowe is a longtime resident of Columbus, OH, where he earned his undergraduate degree in economics at The Ohio State University. After graduation, Michael Marlowe was hired by Merrill Lynch in Columbus, OH, where he reached Executive Club distinction and opened a new satellite office for the company in Circleville, OH.


After four years at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Marlowe went on to spend four more years at Morgan Stanley in Columbus, OH, where he served as an associate vice president. At Morgan Stanley he utilized IPOs to grow his practice, and was instrumental in growing assets to more than $180 million.


Mr Marlowe then went on to start new companies in the Telecommunications and Infrastructure As A Service (IAAS) space. He created new products that utilize Fiber Optics to create jobs, GahannaNet being an example, and was recognized nationally by Inc Magazine for his accomplishments.


Most recently, he founded M.Marlowe Consulting, where he shows CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs how to cut expenses and increase revenue by utilizing his unique model of third party purchasing and its accompanying support services.


In his spare time he is an avid reader, and three of his favorite books are The Black Swan, by Nicholas Nassim Taleb, Rich Dad Poor Dad, by Robert Kiyosaki, and Mindset by Carol Dweck.
