He is currently a consultant and business coach with the construction management firm Shellback Industries. Michael Snedeker seeks to help the company to improve its operations in five key areas: team building and recruitment, marketing and advertising, customer service, systems and business development, and sales. He has been working with the service-disabled veteran-owned business since 2015 and has played an integral role in transforming the construction management company from a startup to a profitable business.
