Michael Spearman

Security Leader in the San Francisco Bay Area 

The global director of executive protection for the Oracle Corporation in Redwood Shores, California, Michael Spearman provides domestic and international protection for C-Suite and E-level Oracle members. Before he assumed this position in 2018, he directed West Coast operations for the security firm FAM International. Michael Spearman has also served 13 years as a police officer in El Cerrito, California, and two years as a lance corporal in the United States Marine Corps.

In addition to his work in the military, law enforcement, and security sectors, Mr. Spearman created an energy drink for military personnel. Named REUP and made by Patriot Beverages, the energy drink was the first to obtain official US Marines trademark approval.

Michael Spearman lives in the San Francisco Bay Area city of Vallejo, where he enjoys cooking and reading in his free time. He is an active member of the American Society for Industrial Security and the International Organization of Black Security Executives.
