A resident of Sea Bright, New Jersey, Michael Welty is an options day trader and oversees finance, design, and acquisitions for Aspen Development Partners. One of his latest projects with Aspen resulted in the sale of a $999,000 beachfront property on Atlantic Way in Sea Bright’s desirable North Beach area. Mr. Welty also oversees investment property as managing partner with 247 Enterprise in Aspen, Colorado.

Outside of the worlds of finance and real estate, Mr. Welty is a skilled guitar player and vocalist who serves as half of the acoustic duo Rummy Joe. Alongside his partner Danon "Joe" Robinson, he plays a variety of classic rock songs. In addition to playing at popular bars and restaurants throughout the greater Two Rivers area, Rummy Joe is available for public and private events that include block parties and family reunions.

An accomplished athlete and adventurer, Mr. Welty has summited Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Mt. Elbrus in Russia and Machu Picchu in Peru. He has also “Run with the Bulls” in Pamplona Spain. His other outdoor pursuits range from Snowboarding wakeboarding and windsurfing to bungee jumping and skydiving.
