This app was also promoted on AppStore by Apple.

Projects

REALPAD CRM

REALPAD is web based CRM software for real estate developers and my primary focus in EASYCORE now. Starting this year I am helping there to achieve more mature product with high class UX&UI, increase user engagement with tools like Intercom and improve customer support. Big part of this was to prepare wireframes and clickable prototype of new UI. Another huge part was to take over development of financial module, which helps developer companies better manage their invoices and orders and better control project budgets. I am happy that our first customers are starting to using it.

Customer portal for REALPAD

One of our secondary projects within REALPAD was to create customer portal for flat buyers to easy their hassle with purchasing an apartment. Buyer are able to read contract documents there, list payments, see overall status and get notified by this all the time. This portal is fully integrated with our CRM so salesman (our user) has less hassle managing his/her customers. I was responsible to finish this on time within 4 months and good quality.

RSI.ch

As mentioned above my previous responsibility was to deliver mobile apps in growing team of developers within the same company. For Swiss client we delivered 5 apps total. TVsvizzera for AndroidiOS and WP. iOS version got promoted by Apple. I created Android app. Secondly we developed RSI News app for Android and iOS. I managed both platforms and developed Android. Both platforms are my most visited apps with 5k+ daily users. Biggest challenge was to support tablets and not lose mind during that process.

NIBSTR

Potentially very demanding service, but unfortunately not launched till now. Whole idea is to connect advertisers with influencers on social media. Something like Buffer but as a influencer, you would earn extra buck.

Idea was born when our CEO was in Silicon valley. Then we developed scraping engine, I was responsible for mobile development and wire-framing API. We are almost ready but launch is postponed.

Android apps

During my years as Android developer at EASYCORE or earlier at freelance I developed 12 apps total. All of them are published on Google Play. Some of them  are more popular like best rated taxi app in Prague - Modrý anděl, some of them are not much known but was technically challenging like MAIA - app for drone owners.

Skills

I believe during those years I have developed skill set on how to execute first idea to it's first working prototype. Get feedback for it and iterate over that until final output gets really used by someone. I love creating user interface prototypes (web or mobile) and have empathy to listen to people giving bad or good feedback. Because I came from technical background, I think that's the right skill set for long path of being a good product manager. Also I am for every fun or challenge, like hackathons and other competitions. Recently we won #hackrealestate hackathon within MIPIM conference in London.
