Autobiography

Hello, I am Rochelle Lee (Shin-Yi, Lee). I am a sales deputy manager with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Currently seeking a position as an international sales at 104, to learn more marketing skills and experience.

And I have building the following experience in this current position:

1. Project Schedule Management: Actively monitoring project progress and regularly reviewing and adjusting as needed.

2. Interdepartmental Communication: Effective and organized communication to foster company cohesion.

3. Technical Know-How: Keeping up-to-date with information from the Spanish headquarters and staying vigilant about market trends in Taiwan.

4. New Customer Development: Paying attention to the ESS market trends, proactively contacts to secure new opportunities.

5. Regular Exhibitions/Travel: Traveling for technical exchange with the Spanish headquarters, planning product presentations at exhibitions, and delivering lectures.

6. Customer Complaint Handling: Properly addressing various customer complaints and preparing 8D reports.

Although I love my current role, I feel I'm now ready for a more challenging assignment.

I hold a bachelor’s degree with a major in Business at Soochow University in 2022.

I have been involved in many fields, such as finance, investment, international trading, marketing, and project management.
