  • Performed a detailed analysis on a 'Car Bumper' on ANSYS. Bumper was analyzed using 3 different materials.

  • Designed a CAD model of a 'Wheel Loader' using Solidworks 2015.
  • It has been Assembled using 15 components.

  • Designed a CAD model of 'Audi R8' using Solidworks 2019.
  • This model was made using 'Surface Modelling' and some of the blueprint images of the car.

TESLA Cybertruck Analysis                                                                                                                                                                         July 2020

  • Performed a basic CFD Analysis on Cybertruck. The model's '.stp' file was downloaded from GrabCAD.
  • This helped to show the flow of air over the car body, which proved how aerodynamic the design is.
  • Coefficient of Drag (Cd) was not calculated as it was a basic analysis to see the flow of air over the body frame.

Mixing Chamber                                                                                                                                                                                                   July 2020

  • Performed a basic CFX Analysis on a 'Mixing Chamber'. The model was provided.
  • This helped to show the change in input and output flow parameters based on different boundary conditions.
  • A basic animation of streamline flow helps to interpret the analysis further.

  • Created a code on MATLAB for blurring an input image based on required intensity of blur.
  • This was based on averaging every matrix element to its nearby element.

  • Designed a 3D model of 'Single Stage Helical Gearbox' using NX10 - Unigraphics along with drafting, after calculating the dimensions of the gears.

  • Designed a 3D model of 'Screw Jack', as per the standard dimension, on Creo Parametric along with its drafting.

  • Designed a Crane Hook Mechanism using Solidworks.
  • The dimensions were calculated and checked for failures theoretically.
