Leveraging more than three decades of accounting experience, Michael “Mike” Bongiovanni serves as president of GreenTree Financial Group, Inc. in Cornelius, North Caroline. As part of his responsibilities, Mike Bongiovanni assists clients with compliance in accordance with securities regulations and rules, with support from independent legal counsel. He also leverages the capabilities of an international securities compliance firm to conduct voluntary compliance audits. Additionally, he furnishes services to help owner-managed entrepreneurial ventures achieve growth objectives and financial advice. Throughout his career, he has served automobile dealerships, brokers, real estate, and public companies requiring SEC reporting.

Mike Bongiovanni has received multiple distinctions for his work. For instance, he made the Who’s Who in Accounting list, as well as the 2,000 Hour Club at Ernst & Young. While providing accounting solutions at Ernst & Young, he also published the paper “Blood, Sweat, but No Tears.”
