Project 1: Internal Operation Data Dashboard 

Project Overview: 

Collected datas from Google Analytic, MySQL and Firebase. Defined segments of data to showcase for better operation and decision.


Utilized Google Sheets with Zapier and Python3 to generate data sheets. and then visualized with Charts and Tableau. 

Project Duration: 6 weeks

Role in Project: Interface design, data collection and analysis and part of development.

Project 2: Global Partner Conference

Project Overview: 

Planned and executed the annual global partner conference with product and technology sessions. Designed series of questionaries for market research and partner feedbacks. 

Task: Keynote preparation and speaker. Market guideline book creation. 

Project Duration: 12 weeks 

Role in Project: Coordinator and speaker. 

Contribution: Media coverage and internal market guideline book for strategies. 

Project 3: Ecosystem Planning and Execution 

Project Overview: 

Planned and approached to external partners to build up an ecosystem including realtors, developers, content platforms, listing platforms, designers and photographers. 


Sales kit preparation. Pitched to partners and negotiation for interest. Development and design with R&D/Product team. 

Project Duration: 18 weeks 

Role in Project: Coordinator, Presale, Product Owner

Contribution: Launched first database with all properties in Taiwan for partners in ecosystem to access for their interest. Increase loyalty and usage rate of our professional business users. 

Project 4: China Market Penetration and Team Building 

Project Overview: 

Assisted China GM to build up a team and defined regional product strategy and launch programs. 

Task: Sales kit preparation. Onboarded very first corporate account and team composition plan. 

Project Duration: 10 weeks 

Role in Project: Advisor, Presales, Product Director 

Contribution: Converted China Telecom, Alibaba in 3 months and launch services
